What Will You Do?
  • Sales Negotiation (Hybrid - On-field 2–3 days/week):
    Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with qualified prospects. You’ll meet clients face-to-face 2 to 3 days per week to present our solutions, understand their needs, and demonstrate the unique value Smartness brings. Your goal will be to create excitement and drive conversion.

  • Participation in Trade Fairs and Events:
     Attend major national trade fairs and participate in 1–2 key industry events per year. You’ll also help organize in-person meetings and site visits with customers to strengthen relationships and close deals.

  • Business Development:
     Proactively identify and reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and strategic prospecting. You’ll build a robust pipeline of opportunities in your assigned territory.

  • Data Analysis and Sales Reviews:
     Use advanced sales tools to review your pipeline, track your performance, and gain insights that help you close deals faster. You’ll be coached regularly to sharpen your analytical and commercial skills.
    Reaching the Monthly Target:

  • Reaching the Monthly Target:
     Your core mission is to meet and exceed your ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets. A competitive bonus structure will reward your achievements and consistency.


What Are We Looking For?
  • Language Skills:
     Native-level Italian and at least B2-level English, both spoken and written.

  • Proven Sales Experience:
     3–5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, consistently exceeding targets. You're comfortable navigating short sales cycles and selling to SMB clients on-field.

  • Field-Ready Mentality:
     You enjoy being out in the field and thrive in face-to-face meetings. You're ready to travel locally 2 to 3 days per week to build trust and close deals in person. A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for this role.

  • Winning Team Player:
     You're highly motivated to hit — and surpass — your monthly goals, while also being the kind of teammate who celebrates others’ wins and lends a hand when needed.

  • Data-Driven Mindset:
     You base your decisions on numbers, know your pipeline inside out, and continuously look for ways to improve using data and insights.

  • Hunger to Learn:
     You’re coachable, eager to read, train, and grow. Whether through on-the-job feedback or structured learning (in-person or remote), you’re always looking to level up your skills.

  • Organized and Reliable:
     You plan your week carefully, follow up with precision, and keep your CRM clean and up to date.

     You’re laser-focused on execution, with a strong drive to win fast and often in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
