What Will You Do?
The Role:
As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the North American Market. You will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2025. As an Account executive you should have strong communication skills with a strong desire to help customers achieve their business goals and be a highly driven individual who enjoys working towards targets. In this role you will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions as well as at country trade fairs and events.
You will support the expansion of Smartpricing in the North American market and help to drive expansion opportunities across the United States and Canada through the following activities:
Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
Manage online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing and providing demos on the platform.
Sales Hunter: You actively seek new opportunities and are always ready to go the extra mile to build a solid pipeline and be solely responsible for finding new prospects through cold calls or emails
Benchmark Seller: You strive to be the new benchmark in sales, consistently going above and beyond. You thrive on creating new business and finding creative ways to exceed your targets.
Pipeline Management Pro: CRM is second nature to you. You live and breathe your pipeline, know your opportunities inside out, and manage them efficiently to hit your targets consistently.
Articulate, educate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among our customers.
Participation in trade fairs and events. Smartpricing is present at all major national trade fairs. As an Account Executive you will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
Business Development - you proactively search for new business opportunities
Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market
Drive expansion opportunities in the North America (United States and Canada) region.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales team
Reaching your monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
