What Will You Do?
As a Marketing Manager at Smartness, your focus will be on international markets, and you will play a key role in driving growth across these regions. You will develop and execute marketing strategies across our products, focusing on lead generation, revenue growth, and client acquisition. Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead generation and revenue growth: drive the generation of MQLs and contribute to revenue growth in international markets, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads to support sales.
  • Events organising, webinars/tradeshows
  • Market and product mastery: develop a strong understanding of the market, products, and customer journey to design aligned and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Channel experimentation and optimization: experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, continuously optimizing for effectiveness to meet OKRs and improve team operations.
  • Innovation and creativity: stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies and creatively engage target audiences.
  • Project leadership and management: lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful execution within budget and objectives.
  • Performance analysis and improvement: analyze marketing performance data, gain insights, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and leverage external partnerships.
What Are We Looking For?
  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or startups/scale-ups.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). 
  • Strong skills in market research and analysis. 
  • Experience in project management and budget management.
  • Expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content, including ads, emails, and web content.
  • Ability to create compelling content and manage creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • English - native speaker
    German speaking (not essential)
