What Will You Do?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new clients as they begin their journey with Smartpricing. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our products, and helping them integrate our solutions into their business operations. Your goal is to set our clients up for success from day one.


You will be responsible for: 


  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training. Ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience as they transition to Smartpricing's platform.

  • Conducting personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on how to use Smartpricing's solutions effectively. Tailor training to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring they fully understand the features and benefits of our products.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process. Address any questions or concerns they may have and provide timely and accurate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Creating and maintaining onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to help clients navigate our platform. Continuously update materials based on feedback and product updates.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. Providing feedback to these teams based on client interactions to drive product improvements and enhancements.
What Are We Looking For?
  • At least 2 years of strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.

  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems proactively. Experience in managing client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be a big plus.

  • German Speaker (must be fluent)

  • Italian: Mother tongue 

  • English: C2
