What Will You Do?

We are looking for aə highly skilled and experienced  Senior Product Manager preferably with a background in tech like Software Engineering.  to lead our product strategy and development. In this role, you will work closely with the product teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Product Development: Steer the product lifecycle from concept to launch, aligning with our strategic goals

  • Shape the Vision: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

  • Manage the Backlog: Prioritize and balance the product backlog, ensuring immediate deliverables and long-term initiatives are in sync.

  • Drive Agile Excellence: Lead an agile team with finesse, overseeing backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Craft Clear Specs: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop precise product specifications, ensuring timely, high-quality feature delivery.

  • Understand Our Users: Conduct user research and data analysis to uncover customer needs and pain points, turning insights into actionable improvements

  • Measure Success: Define and track key performance metrics to gauge product success and guide future decisions.

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving common goals.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by mentoring other product managers.

  • Experience and passion for the role - Do you have previous experience in the role of Senior Product Manager or in a similar role? A minimum of 5 years experience is required.

  • Educational Background- Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology

  • Experience in SaaS , B2B industry is a must 

  • Must be fluent in Italian and English

  • Creativity: Aptitude for generating innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements constructively.

  • Decision Making: Capacity to make well-informed decisions considering various factors and risks.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including iterations and improvements.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and understanding industry trends to inform product strategy.

  • Data Analysis and Metrics: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development and optimization.

  • Roadmapping and Prioritization: Skill in creating and managing product roadmaps, setting priorities, and aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

  • Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies to effectively manage product development processes and facilitate efficient team collaboration.

  • UX/UI Design Principles: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to ensure products are user-friendly and meet customer needs.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee product development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • Tools and Software: Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel.

  • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage uncertainties throughout the product development process
