What Will You Do?

As Head of Partnership at Smartpricing, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy across various product lines, ensuring strategic partnerships and effective relationship management. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building and managing partnerships from the ground up, eager to be hands-on in both strategic planning and execution. Your main duties will be:


  • Own and execute partnerships End-to-End: From business development to strategic partner management, identify and assess all potentials indirect sales channels, map potential partners across those channels, and develop and close partnership deals. Main activities include:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners, assess market trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape.

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and expand the company's partnership network.

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

    • Financial and Data Analysis: Assess the financial viability of partnership opportunities, including evaluating potential revenue streams and ROI. Analyze partnership performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead initiatives with internal and external teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Tech).

    • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with partners, identify co-marketing opportunities, and act as a single point of contact for partner relationship management.

  • Be an industry thought leader: Become an expert on Smartpricing products, the market landscape, and seller needs.

What Are We Looking For?
  • 5+ years of experience in Partnership Management for B2B SaaS companies, preferably within startups or scaleups.

  • A degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Leadership in Partnership Management: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment with minimal guidance.

  • CRM tools proficiency to manage partner relationships, track interactions, and forecast opportunities.

  • Presentation skills to create compelling presentations and pitches for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Networking abilities to build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to identify partnership opportunities and align them with business objectives.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

  • Fluent in English.
