• Post and process general accounting journal entries, including: Capex, deferred income and charges, accruals, invoices to be received

• Active and passive billing cycles up to the pre-tax balance sheet

• Recording of basic accounting entries (banks, credit cards, F24)

• Book and process payroll and all other HR related journal entries

• Cash/payment periodic reconciliations

• support in managing corporate, tax, and fiscal obligations in compliance with current regulations

• Management of administrative and/or tax documentation to support accounting entries

• Periodic VAT obligations (LIPE, INTRASTAT, VAT settlements)

• Manage relationships with third parties such as labor consultants, tax consultant and auditors

• 0 - 3 years of previous working experience in a company's finance department or  corporate services firm in the general ledger and accounting functions

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent IT skills 

• Previous experience in a startup is a plus
