About Smartness
We are Smartness, and we support small and medium-sized accommodation providers with solutions to help them fight back against the huge hotel chains. We started in 2020 by providing these companies with a dynamic pricing solution which increase revenue by on average 30%. Last year, we were named one of Italy’s top start-ups, and are the fastest growing B2B SaaS company in the accommodation space in both revenue and number of clients. Today we are working with over 4000 companies in over 20 countries, and steadily growing. Yet, this is only the start of our journey.
Beyond Smartpricing, we've launched a suite of products over the past few years that is growing by more than 10% month-over-month. Our goal is to become one of the leading global players in our industry.
What Will You Do?
As a member of Smartness' Sales team for the DACH Market. You will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the
No. 1 Hospitality Software in the region. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions. You will support the sales team in the expansion of Smartness in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German and Austria) through activities of:
- Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. You will articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.
- Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
- Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market!
- Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
